The company

DNA Software Solutions SRL is a technology company headquartered in Satu Mare, Romania, founded in 2022. While the legal entity is recent, the team operating it has 15 years of cumulative experience in telecom payments — Premium SMS and Direct Carrier Billing — across Europe.

We operate DNA Technical Platform — a technical infrastructure on which our B2B partners configure and launch their own digital services with telecom payments. Our model is operated platform-as-a-service: partners don't buy software and don't get source code; they rent access to a platform we configure, operate and maintain for them.

We are a B2B company. We work with partners — operators, aggregators, merchants, entrepreneurs — who need solid technical infrastructure to launch digital services in European and Middle Eastern markets. We do not sell directly to end consumers.
